A warm, non-judgemental approach to understanding yourself, your patterns and how to influence them

We can all become stuck in patterns that no longer serve us. Patterns of thoughts, emotions and behaviours that keep us stuck and get in the way of living a satisfying life. These patterns may get in the way of relationships, career, health and wellbeing. You may notice a lack of fulfilment and may be struggling to understand how to change this.

I am a Psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). I provide evidence based treatment tailored to the needs of the individual. Working primarily with adults, I have a special interest in working with trauma.

My approach is collaborative, endeavouring to meet clients with kindness, warmth, and a non-judgemental approach. I am person-centred aiming to understand the client's world from their unique perspective.

My therapy approach is informed by several modalities including:

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

  • Schema Therapy

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Attachment theories

  • Depression

  • Anxiety (including Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Phobias)

  • Trauma
